About Us
Cosmopolitan Student Homes (CSH) is a specialist student accommodation provider who owns and manages nearly 4000 student units of accommodation, in key University City locations.
CSH is part of Cosmopolitan Housing Group. We’ve gone from delivering managed student services for Cosmopolitan Housing Association, to standing on our own feet and working with University and College partners. What was once a team of three has grown into what we now know as CosmoStudents, comprising over fifty full time employees, each individual valued for their commitment and input, making CSH one of the largest charitable student Landlords in the UK.
CSH operates a professional and scalable operation to deliver consistently high levels of customer service and drives economies of scale. In the Halls that we manage we have a team on site, supported by central IT, HR and Finance teams enabling local teams to focus on delivering a great service.
