To complete your application and accept your e-contract you’ll need…
AN EMAIL ACCOUNTRemember, the email address you give us is our only way to electronically communicate with you. We’ll be sending you an e-contract as well as updates and arrival information during term and non term times. We wouldn’t want you to miss out on anything!
KNOW WHERE YOU WANT TO LIVE!It might sound obvious, but you’ll need to know where you want to live and what tenancy length works for you.
GUARANTORYou’ll need to provide us with your gaurantors personal details. Basically this is the person who will pay if you don’t! Remember, you’ll need to get their consent before providing us with their details. (In most cases gaurantors will have to be home owners.)
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDWhen you accept your offer of accommodation you’ll need to pay a refundable £250 deposit* and set up a recurring card payment relating to your chosen rent instalments. (If you’re re-booking we’ll carry your deposit forward.)
