You can report repairs online. Simply complete the form below making sure you give as detailed information as you possibly can. Alternatively, email repairs@cosmostudents.com, again providing as much detail as possible.

Emergency repairs should be reported to the on-site staff in the first instance. If on-site staff are unavailable then please call 0151 357 7814. Please note the telephone number should only be used in extreme emergencies.
